This position is term-time only (negotiable)

Interviews: Applications will be reviewed on receipt and interviews arranged. The Trust reserves the right to interview and appoint a suitable candidate before the closing date.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well-qualified and committed individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. You will provide specialist support for the SENCO to lead the Inclusion team and ensure an excellent quality of provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within a mainstream school context.

We welcome applications from qualified teachers, as well as those who have come into special needs education through a different route. 

About us

Compass School Southwark is a small and friendly four-form entry, mixed, 11-16 free school that opened in September 2013. We are ideally located just a short walk from Bermondsey Tube Station. Compass School will move into a new state-of-the-art building on the neighbouring site in 2023 so this is a fantastic time to be joining our community.
