Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy SENDCO, who is ambitious and has a real passion for the pastoral and academic achievement of our SEND students. 

 The successful applicant will be a champion for our SEND students and have high expectations of themselves and of the students and colleagues with whom they work. They will collaborate with school and external professionals to secure the best possible provision for our SEND students in and out of the classroom so that can fulfil their potential.

You will lead and manage a team of committed Learning Coaches and play a key role in the embedding of the inclusive classroom agenda at FHES.
