Grade: Level 3 (post-band range 18 to 25) £17,891 to £ 22,434
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the Southfield Grange Sports Centre team.
Who are we? We are a community facility located at the Southfield Grange Campus, the home of Southfield School and Grange Technology College in Little Horton, Bradford. Our campus has a host of modern facilities for a range of indoor and outdoor sports.
Why work with us? This is an exciting time at Southfield Grange as we are upgrading our existing artificial pitches to high-tech 3G facilities and installing floodlights to increase our capacity for bookings. This project has been funded by the Football Foundation & The FA and brings with it community commitments as well as commercial opportunities. The Deputy Manager will work with the Sports Centre Manager to deliver on these opportunities whilst overseeing the day to day running of the provision and supporting projects, events and promotions to increase income and raise our profile in the community.
We are looking for dynamic candidates with a ‘can do’ approach to help take the centre to the next level. Previous relevant experience and a passion for physical activity, health and fitness are essential.
