Mission: BLC will have a local and national reputation for providing excellent education and lifelong learning for all; by 2018 BLC will be outstanding

Bridge Learning Campus is not like any other school. We are a genuinely all-through and fully inclusive school, one that educates children aged three to sixteen. We serve an area of socio-economic deprivation in south Bristol, in a constituency with the lowest HE take-up in Europe. Our students are amazing – they thrive on positive relationships and high standards – and we are a rapidly improving school. We do far more at BLC for the children than “just lessons” and we seek to widen their experiences and horizons in any way we can.

Our staff are incredibly important to us and we try our very hardest to look after all that work here. Education is not without its challenges anywhere – and our school and be tough on some days – but it is rewarding and you will make a massive difference to the lives and futures of hundreds of children.

Please, come and have a look around. Read a few of our staff testimonials, read some of the articles the staff here have written for TES and other publications. We’d love to have you on board.
