We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Design and Technology Technician within the Art, Design and Technology Faculty. This is an excellent opportunity to join the faculty and be a part of making innovative approaches to the development of the Art, Design and Technology curriculum.  Some school and workshop experience is desirable for this position.

Of particular interest to candidates for this post will be the significant investment that we have made to ensure that the Art, Design and Technology facilities in our new building provide us with exceptional facilities and the ability to completely transform learning experiences in this area. The Department is supported by enthusiastic and talented technicians who are practising designers. There are 7 spaces for teaching DT, including specialist rooms for Textiles and Food, 2 Graphic rooms and 2 fully equipped workshops Bow School Design Technology Department is part of the vibrant and progressive Art & Design Technology Faculty.  

It is an exciting time to join Bow School in Bromley-by-Bow, London as we undergo a significant programme of expansion and change. Since 2014 we have moved into our iconic state of the art buildings, seen our first intake of girls, opened a Sixth Form and started our growth to a 9-form entry school.
