Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Design Technology Teacher to join a school in Hounslow, West London. This full time teaching post is available for a September 2017 start, which will include a generous permanent offer for the right candidate.
About the Role:
- Design Technology Teacher preferably specialising in Product Design, although all applicants are welcome
- Teaching across KS3, KS4 and KS5 depending on the specialism
- Product Design is offered at KS5 so may involve KS5 timetable
- Extracurricular responsibilities available
- Marking/planning involved
- Salary grade – MPS depending on candidates experience
- Salary up to £40,000
- September 2017 start

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor of Education/ PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
- Have proven experience teaching the UK curriculum (essential)
- Strong behaviour management (preferred)
- Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
- Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
