Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Design Technology Teacher to join an academically Outstanding independent boys school in the London Borough of Greenwich from April 2019. This full time fixed term cover will continue through until the end of the academic year.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design Technology Teacher who is looking to join a school with a warm and friendly team. The ideal Design Technology Teacher will ideally have experience teaching multiple key stages but NQT’s are also encouraged to apply.

In order to be considered for this role, the Design Technology Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree with QTS

• Proven experience teaching the UK, or an equivalent, curriculum

• NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply

• Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

• Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
