We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our customer-focused ICT Services team.

The role is varied and rewarding: we support hundreds of staff and thousands of learners, across multiple sites and off-campus, enabling innovative working, teaching & learning.

You will be a team player, with experience of delivering excellent customer service in supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise. You will take pride in your work: deploying and troubleshooting hardware and software, while keeping customers and colleagues apprised of progress.

We value a proactive approach (preventing problems from happening by documenting systems & solutions and sharing good practice with colleagues, so work is done right first time) and 'deliberate working': approaching issues purposefully and systematically, so they are resolved efficiently and completely.

This is an onsite role. Job-share applications are welcomed.
