Salary: SO2 Pt. 32 to Pt. 34 (£29,055 to £30,756)

Contract:  Full Time, 52 weeks, permanent 

We are looking for a talented Developer to work with our in-house IT Team, Graphic Designer and System Developer on a range of exciting development projects that will support the work of the 15 schools within our education Trust.

Based at our central offices on the Nottingham University Triumph Road campus, you will be expected to use your creativity and skill to work on developing the interconnectivity of our various systems, providing user facing applications and interfaces.

Supported by our System Developer, you will be expected to work within our existing infrastructure framework as well as develop bespoke solutions as required.

This role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of different types of projects with the full range of stakeholders for an organisation that works every day to provide the very best life chances for 8000 students.

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience in web programming

• High level programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

• Proficient in the following programming languages: PHP, Javascript, JQuery, SQL

• Knowledge of PowerBI

• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and best development practices

The Nova offices are located in the Sir Colin Campbell building on the University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus.
