Caterham is one of the UK’s leading co-educational schools. It is well placed for access to town and country: the beautiful two hundred acre site is five minutes’ drive from Junction 6 of the M25, twenty minutes’ drive from Gatwick and a short walk from the local station, with several trains an hour into London.
The School is seeking to appoint a persuasive communicator, ideally with previous experience in fundraising, to create, manage and sustain a long term fundraising and development strategy. Reporting to the Headmaster and working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, the post holder will establish and maintain relationships with alumni and other stakeholders who share an interest in the School’s continued development. Salary will be commensurate with skills and previous experience. This post is a full time role and will involve working some evenings and weekends.
Please visit the vacancies page of our website www.caterhamschool.co.uk for further information and an application form. The closing date for applications is 21 July 2017.
The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
