The Opportunity

The successful candidate will responsible to the Group Marketing Director, for the delivery and implementation of Marketing strategies and Digital Marketing Plans which enable the group to achieve organic growth targets. The post holder will be responsible for developing, managing and overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns which promote the value of the group and school’s brand and services.

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads. Included within this is the responsibility of growing digital channels to generate new customers, as well as overseeing the delivery of individual digital campaigns. This will include responsibility for the review and oversight of all electronic and social media Marketing channels, ensuring they are continually developed to grow our online presence.

Working directly with teams located in our schools located globally, you will provide support, guidance and oversight to our school-based teams

This is an exciting new role to bring expertise and strength to the marketing and Digital function across the Group.

About the Individual

We are seeking a high calibre individual, educated to degree level, and with previous Digital Marketing experience.

The successful candidate will be experienced in search engine optimisation, social media campaigns, lead generation and website optimisation, adopting a test and learn approach to ensure continuous improvements, providing advice and guidance to school-based teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery. You will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and be able to manage and deliver conflicting priorities and challenges.

You should have a strong desire to work for a fast-growing organisation and an interest or previous experience within education, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate and build relationships.
