Digital Support Officer

Salary: £23-£25K (DOE) 

The Trust is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to take on the role of Digital Support Officer working 35 hours per week on a flexible basis

In this a new role the Digital Support Officer will assist with the day to day front line ICT support to the Trust’s, desktop and devices, ensuring that users have appropriate system access, and assist with effective and efficient provision of hardware and software support across the Trust.  This role will be exciting and will support transformational change to become digitally enabled and support the rollout of a digital transformation strategy

Requirements:

Essential:  

• Proficient in the creation of Windows operating system images and deployment (using enterprise deployment tools such as SCCM and / or MDT)

• PVG Certificate 

Desirable: 

• Relevant Diploma (HND), or equivalent, with post qualification experience
