We are seeking a passionate Digital Transformation Officer to lead the creation and implementation of the college's digital strategy for the next phase of our digital story. You will contribute to the delivery of other key strategic objectives relating to digital education and have demonstrable experience within a technology-focused role, preferably within education. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and your strong customer service skills and drive will give you the ability to remain patient and calm in stressful situations.

You will need to take a hands-on and practical role in helping to explore, evaluate, recommend, and introduce appropriate technologies into the College liaising closely with Senior Leaders, Teachers and Operational staff to ensure that new and existing technologies are appropriate and add value to our Learning & Teaching environments.

The successful candidate will be passionate about eLearning and have the knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure that the College embraces the next step in our move away from traditional classroom environments to true 21st Century digital learning. We would like to meet candidates with additional technical experience in supporting infrastructure and server development and creating, deploying and managing new services and systems.

Salary – TBC depending upon experience

Permanent Contract

Hours - 37 per week / 52 weeks – Hours to be agreed

Start date – As soon as possible
