Director (Consultant)

The LLG Schools Partnership consists of 26 primary school members and will focus both upon school improvement and raising standard achieving the best value for its member schools. The company will provide schools with the framework to work together to provide high quality CPD opportunities for staff – building on our shared expertise – and the desire to focus upon continuous improvement.

• We are looking for an exceptional professional to fill this important post;
• Candidates must have the experience, the knowledge and the vision to take forward the work of our highly successful partnership of schools in Leigh, Lowton and Golborne within Leigh, Lowton & Golborne Schools Partnership Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee;
• Candidates must have experience as the Headteacher of a successful school;
• Candidates must be able to both challenge and support member schools;
• Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of educational data and data analysis essential;
• Candidates must have a proven recent knowledge and understanding of school improvement;
• Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills.

The Director will be required to work as a consultant for 40 days during the academic year 2016/17 at £500 per day (The post will be reviewed at the end of this period). This post is subject to enhanced criminal record disclosure procedures
