As Director, you will provide the managerial leadership to enable the Authority to achieve its goals for these important services - driving the improvement agenda, acting as principal adviser on policy and strategy, as well as managing the effective use of resources. With extensive experience in the education sphere and a deep knowledge of current challenges, you will be an astute, persuasive communicator, able to influence and work collaboratively with elected members, schools and our regional partners to secure the improvements we wish to achieve.
