We are excited to be recruiting for the position of Director of Digital Innovation, which is a new role within the school. Having achieved the best progress in the school’s history in 2022, the successful candidate would be joining at a time of significant and rapid improvement. We are seeking to appoint an excellent leader who has an aspirational vision for digital presence and learning, and the skills to implement new strategies robustly and compassionately. 

The computing and business departments have consistently seen strong outcomes at GCSE, and we are driven to continue to improve these even further, removing barriers for all of our students. As such, we are seeking an outstanding practitioner with the passion for their subject both in the classroom and beyond.  

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, firmly believing that all students can achieve and committed to ensuring all students and staff aspire for their best every lesson of every day.

St Andrew’s C of E High School is a co-educational CofE secondary school in West Sussex, serving pupils from the age of 11-16, situated in Worthing.  With a pan of 180 per year group, St Andrew’s is a small and community centred school in which every child is known and loved.  Having been graded Good in all areas by Ofsted in April 2023, the school continues on its rapid journey of improvement and growth.
