Job Purpose:

The Director of Education will provide strategic leadership to enhance educational outcomes across the multi-academy trust. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating the Trust’s educational strategies, ensuring that every school within the Trust delivers exceptional education that meets the diverse needs of SEND pupils. The Director of Education will work closely with the CEO, Director of HR and Operations, CFO, Headteachers, and senior leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity.
