Endeavour Multi-Academy Trust is seeking an experienced leader to become our new Director of Education.

We currently operate four special schools in the Midlands, and since our Trust was established in 2017 we have all worked tirelessly to encourage and support everyone to be the best that they can be; we are looking for the new Director of Education to continue to drive this vision.

We are looking for an individual who will lead the next phase of growth and development at the Trust, as well as ensuring learners get the very best education and support at all of our schools.

Every young person deserves access to the very best leaders and teachers and we are fully committed in our quest to appoint an exceptional leader.
