Director of Education

Brunel Multi Academy Trust will be a SEN and specialist provision organisation formed of Uplands School (OFSTED outstanding and TES School of the Year 2016), Brimble Hill Primary School, Horizons College (previously UET College) and a new ASC free school in Swindon. With an ethos of “no barriers only potential” we are now seeking a Director of Education to join the leadership team at a pivotal point in our development .

This is a key strategic role responsible alongside the CEO for ensuring everyone in our community achieves positive outcomes through high teaching standards and that those standards are shared.

The successful candidate will be a successful school leader experienced in developing and driving educational standards within a SEN environment across primary, secondary and FE SEN provisions. The role will be recruited on a part time basis and we feel therefore that the role will suit an experienced head teacher or education consultant looking to better balance their work/life activity.
