We are seeking an experienced leader to join the Senior Management Team in a dynamic organisation which has recently had very successful outcomes from its Council peer review. The post holder will be accountable to the Managing Director and Elected Members.
You will provide vision, leadership and direction to deliver aspirational outcomes for the City of Wolverhampton and its learners. You will be responsible for formulating and recommending strategies and plans to the Strategic Executive Board, Cabinet and Council.
You will drive forward transformational change programmes across organisational, schools and other educational settings to ensure success.
You will be educated to degree level with relevant professional qualifications. Through senior management experience, you will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to think strategically and find creative solutions through partnership and collaboration which has resulted in achieving educational excellence.
Relocation expenses payable up to £8,000.
