We are looking for a specialist outstanding practitioner to fill this exciting role of Director of English who can demonstrate professional excellence and who has confidence in their ability to positively impact student progress and achievement across our family of schools in Exeter and Plymouth. 

This is a key leadership role in the next phase of the development of our Trust and to be successful you will need to have the highest expectations of yourself and those around you, strong personal drive and energy, proven leadership skills, extensive relevant curriculum experience and evidence of outstanding practice. Collaborative working will be second nature to you and committing to our values is a non-negotiable.

This role will be challenging, yet extremely rewarding. You can expect:
