The Board of Trustees of The Success for All Educational Trust wishes to appoint a dynamic Director of Finance to lead our Finance and HR team who form part of the Trust's Central Services Team based at The Royal Liberty School and to provide strong financial leadership within our successful Multi-Academy Trust. You will be a key member of The Trust Executive Leadership Team responsible for the provision of financial services across the Trust as well as providing support to Academy Head Teachers with budgeting. You will be responsible for the delivery of accurate monthly reporting, budget building, quarterly forecasting and budget and resource monitoring.

The Success for All Educational Trust was formed in September 2017 and currently consists of five academies in the London Borough of Havering: Redden Court School; The Royal Liberty School; Sanders Draper School; Rise Park Junior School and Rise Park Infants School.

The Royal Liberty School is a popular, over-subscribed 11-16 school for boys.  We are located a short walk from Gidea Park Station on a beautiful grade II listed site.

In 2017 we joined the Success for All Educational Multi Academy Trust.  We are making extensive use of our partnership with Redden Court School to continually raise standards of teaching and learning and student outcomes.

From September 2018 we are expanding by 1 form of entry (to 5 forms) to meet the increasing demand for places.  We have received funding for an extensive refurbishment of our buildings.

We are a small school and have a strong sense of community.  Boys are proud to be a part of the school and this reflected on their excellent behaviour and eagerness to take on roles of responsibility and to represent us in the local community.

Staff and students have excellent relationships based on mutual respect.  All members of the school community are ambitious to succeed.  Students feel supported to achieve the very best they can and encouraged to develop the skills and qualities they need to be successful every stage of their life.
