Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Greenshaw Learning Trust and become an integral member of the Trust senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery and implementation of strategic growth objectives and ensure the smooth running of end-to-end consultation, funding, conversion and onboarding of new schools and academies. Working alongside the Chief Executive Officer, Will Smith and the team of Directors to continually refine and develop services to support schools, improving synergy and leveraging the economies of scale and benefits of a multi-academy trust and larger organisation.

Stoke Damerel Community College is located in Plymouth, a vibrant waterfront city in the South West packed full of historical interest, cultural attractions and set in an area of natural beauty.
