An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to join a dynamic and forward-looking college leadership team and to play a key strategic role in our vision to become and sustain outstanding.

You will provide outstanding leadership and management across the college group in respect of Higher and Adult Education. You will use your skills, knowledge and expertise to ensure that every adult and higher education student and apprentice experiences the highest quality teaching, learning and assessment experience and is supported to achieve the very best outcomes. 

You will manage a staff team to become highly developed practitioners and create a centre of excellence for Higher and Adult Education. You will work closely with the Excellence and Improvement team, to pursue an outstanding teaching and learning experience that is informed by best practice, current research and higher educational practice. 

You will have achieved a Level 5 or equivalent relevant qualification and be fully teacher qualified. You will have experience of leading and managing similar areas of provision and be fully conversant with higher educational delivery and quality assurance mechanisms.
