Our Academy Trust is looking for Director of HR and Marketing from September 2019. This is a new and exciting senior level, strategic post offering opportunity for innovation and creativity by someone with expertise in HR and Marketing.
The successful candidate will have the ability to use their expertise and transferable skills to work across the trust to add value. The post holder will have the benefit of working within a strong team ethos in a unique multi-academy trust characterised by its provision of Museum Leaning and the vision of its sponsor, the Annabel Arbib Foundation.
Applicants may bring skills and experience from outside the educational sector but they should be aware of the needs of the context in which they will be working. This is a busy and dynamic post and will require someone who is highly organised and possesses excellent marketing skills, remains calm under pressure and can work to tight deadlines. You will be part of the strategic leadership team for the Trust, helping to set the vision for the future and play an active part in any future growth.
