An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic HR professional to become part of the Senior Management Team at this prestigious independent school. Reporting directly to the Headmaster the Director of HR will be responsible for the strategic development of the Human Resources function, ensuring the School’s HR procedures are in line with best practice.
You will have experience in a senior HR role and be capable of managing all aspects of HR function including, but not limited to, employee relations, recruitment, contract, reward and performance management. An up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential.
You must be qualified to degree level and be a member of the CIPD.
