We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of providing outstanding service to customers, generating growth, diversification of income and creating new markets. With experience of working in a senior capacity, you will lead a team with excellent pass rates and high student success levels, to become recognised locally and nationally as outstanding by the students, employers and communities we serve.

You will have a track record in achieving business growth and in developing new markets to support the College’s strategic intent to increase their income diversity.

You will have strategic responsibility for establishing highly effective internal and external relationships to develop an outstanding curriculum with high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across the directorate. You will support the curriculum teams to deliver developmental, innovative and experimental teaching; you will positively impact on learning outcomes, progression and an excellent student experience.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience. You will also have substantial experience of sales/business development.
