TBAP Multi-Academy Trust are now recruiting for a permanent senior leader, to join our extended leadership team with the potential to progress to a Head of School position at one of our AP academies in the future. This post will be based at our site in Finchley Road, Westminster, (Near St John’s Wood Station) but on occasions may require the post-holder to work across the trust to attend CPD events, or school to school support. We are keen to interview candidates who are outstanding teachers, middle managers or leaders with significant experience in mainstream, special or AP sectors. Beachcroft Academy is a primary and secondary alternative provision.

We deliver high quality Alternative and SEMH Provision across four London Boroughs and across Cambridgeshire, Harlow and Warrington. Additionally, we have a Teaching School Alliance that offers extensive CPD and research programmes at all levels.  We are also boast about our innovative new 16-19 Academic AP Free school, which provides an academic curriculum to enable learners to gain access to Higher Education.
