Director of Lettings and Wider Curriculum

Worth School is an independent Catholic Benedictine Boarding and Day School for pupils aged 11 – 18, set in a rural location near Turners Hill.  

Director of Lettings and Wider Curriculum

• £45,000 per annum
• Wednesday to Sunday Working Pattern
• On-site accommodation (rent free, excluding utility bills) 
• 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year.  28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

Due to exciting changes within the School, including the development of a commercially based in-term and holiday lettings programme, and a wider curriculum programme including the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, we are looking to appoint our first Director of Lettings and Wider Curriculum. 

The successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day operational management of the School’s Lettings Programme as well as the Wider Curriculum. 

You will support the development of both programmes, leading on the “customer care” aspects, and developing and implementing the delivery of first-class provisions, while evaluating performance and increasing customer satisfaction levels.  You will inspire and motivate excellent performance from team members and maximise productivity.

A passion for improving services and programmes is essential and you will have contributed positively to the success of an organisation. A commercial approach is desirable as well as experience of handling large volumes of data, and producing management information reports for a range of internal and external stakeholders.

This is exciting time to join the School and in return we offer at salary of £45,000 per annum, onsite accommodation (rent free, excluding utility bills) and enhanced pension contribution.
