Our client is an independent, co-educational Christian College conveniently located in the centre of the booming port city of Gladstone. The school caters for students from Kindergarten to Senior Secondary and is rapidly becoming the school of choice for discerning parents and their children. About the Role: 

  • Director of Logistics (may possibly combine with a Year 9 Coordinator role) 
  • Term 1 2022 
  • Permanent contract 
  • Faith reference required
  • Attractive remuneration and benefits package


Head of Logistics Role: 

  • Oversee Daily Organisation, as the day to day and planned absence relief needs across the College. 
  • Timetable construction and maintenance of the timetable; including rooming, all set duties, playground and resource timetables. 
  • As part of the College's Working Management Committee, approve activities applied for by staff, such as excursions, incursions and special events; organise schedules and staffing for special events approved across the College. 
  • Work with other leaders to oversee special arrangements such as rooming for external examinations, examination timetables, parent teacher interviews and other programs and events that arise at the College.


Selection Criteria: 

  • Be suitably qualified with an Education Teaching Degree (qualification must be recognised in Australia) 
  • Be registered, or have the ability to be registered with QCT 
  • Ability to provide current and relevant teaching references from Middle Management/Executive Leadership level (please note referees will not be contacted prior to your express approval, and all applications are treated in complete confidentiality) 
  • Have the right to work in Australia
