Eastbourne College is seeking to appoint a director of marketing and admissions for the formulation and implementation of integrated marketing and admissions plans for Eastbourne College and St Andrew’s Prep (together ‘the Charity’) and for monitoring and improving every aspect of the two schools’ interface with the outside world.

Reporting directly to the headmaster, the successful applicant will be a key public face of the schools. This is an exciting position suited to a high-calibre individual who combines demonstrable leadership skills with an extensive communications background.

The post may attract an experienced professional from the independent education sector or might suit an exceptional individual with commercial experience gained outside the sector but who has an instinctive feel for the school’s customers and their needs, bringing with them the relevant skills to undertake this complex and exciting job.

This is a full-time position, all year round, necessitating flexibility when required to support promotional events.
