Middlesex Learning Partnership is an exciting, innovative and successful Trust in West London. Our 2018 academic outcomes place us well within the top 5% of the country, with a progress 8 score of +0.66. We are seeking to appoint a dedicated colleague to lead the school’s Mathematics and Numeracy Department.

The Maths Department has been an area of strength for the school and results have been getting stronger every year for the past two years. The Maths department registered a progress 8 score of 0.9 and this puts our department in the top 2.4% in the country. The subject remains a popular choice for many students at A-Level. The Department works as a cohesive team, sharing resources and striving to maximise student potential. 

We are looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Director of Maths and Numeracy who is an exceptional Maths specialist with good leadership skills, high quality teaching and learning, and the commitment to add to the improving picture of Maths results and help take the Mathematics Curriculum Area to the next level. You would be joining a dedicated team of Maths teachers.
