Required September 2021. The Senior Leadership Team, Governors and The Learning Alliance are seeking to appoint a talented, innovative and ambitious strategic leader of the Mathematics faculty. The successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of Mathematics. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a new team of Mathematics teachers and shape the future of Mathematics.

The successful candidate will be able to lead by example as an outstanding Mathematics teacher. They will understand and be able to articulate how they have raised standards through effective Self-Evaluation in the classroom and subject area. An effective system leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a clear understanding of process, the post holder will demonstrate how they have used performance management and accountability systems to improve the performance of themselves and others. A high level of data literacy is essential in order to analyse trends across the school and initiate effective responses. With proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others, candidates should have a clear commitment to continuous school improvement and demonstrate knowledge of the emerging issues in school leadership
