Wycombe Abbey has a long-standing reputation for its fine musical tradition. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and inspirational teacher to take on a significant leadership and management role as Director of Music at this prestigious, forward-thinking and high-achieving school.
The School seeks a Director of Music with a strong and ambitious vision as well as excellent academic and practical musical ability, who has the interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to support and inspire all pupils and staff. The successful applicant will be an outstanding choral director and orchestral conductor with the ability to lead a large and diverse team.
Wycombe Abbey has its own salary scale which is well above that of the maintained sector. Rent-free family accommodation is available.
