Job overview
The Director of Operations will be responsible for Estate management, and oversee and manage key services to keep the school fully operational to meet the varying demands of the school day.
The three school buildings are in close proximity to each other, with the sports ground and a recently built pavilion a fifteen minute drive way.
You will have the ability to manage a varied workload, have an understanding of building services including cleaning, catering, facilities and health and safety. You will also be able to demonstrate strong people and project management skills.
We are a thriving and successful selective preparatory school for boys in North London providing a broad, high calibre education for all of our 460 pupils aged 4-13.
Located in Belsize Park we are easily accessible on the Metropolitan, Jubilee and Northern lines.
