St Augustine’s Priory, an independent Catholic day school for girls age 3-18, with boys in the Nursery, is seeking to appoint an outstanding forward-thinking and ambitious leader to join our Senior Leadership Team in the role of Director of Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will be:
Be a qualified teacher with a good honours degree or equivalent qualification
Have a successful track record of improvement and change management
Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring professional
Be able to challenge and support pupils during this critical time of transition
Be a confident and experienced leader able to support, motivate and challenge staff
