VLUK is one of the UK’s leading sports education providers, delivering to over 1,500 students each year. We serve all areas of England, with campuses in Oxford and Bury. We offer courses including Level 2 & Level 3 Study Programmes, Apprenticeships, and Traineeships as well as a Higher National Certificate/Diploma and BSc in Sports Coaching. 


The Directors of VLUK seek to appoint a committed, dynamic and inspirational leader with the drive to build on our success as a first-class provider in our sector. The successful candidate will show the ability to work with the COO, Board of Directors, colleagues, and our partners throughout education and industry.  


They will lead on quality and compliance, including responsibility for quality assurance, data analysis, key performance measures, Ofsted readiness, and ESFA/OfS compliance. 


Experience of quality assurance essential, along with a demonstration and understanding of outstanding teaching practice. The post would suit qualified teachers with experience of responsibilities within a whole curriculum area, looking to take a step into leadership, as well as more experienced colleagues. 


The role is part of the Senior Team and is directly responsible to COO.
