This post provides an outstanding opportunity to join a Senior Management Team in a College that enjoys a fantastic reputation in the sector.
With a QAA review already confirmed for June 2018 an immediate and clear focus for the role will be to get up to speed and contribute to ensuring a successful outcome.
With the HE landscape set to change dramatically in the short to medium term the successful candidate will need to navigate the College successfully through the changes.
The College has a number of partnerships and franchise arrangements with several Universities.
Maintaining and developing these relationships will be key but as well looking at preparation and timescales for securing Degree and Foundation Degree awarding powers.
Aspects of quality that need immediate attention include National Student Survey and Graduate Outcome performance.
In addition, clear timescales will need to be agreed and delivered in preparing a high quality Teaching Excellence Framework submission
Further improvements in outcomes for students will contribute to a clear focus for the College of growing its HE provision.
