Director of Science (Assistant Principal)

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader at an exciting point in our school development. Applications are welcomed from those with a proven track record of success in middle leadership, in terms of making an impact on results and improving teaching and learning, and from those aspiring to further their career in senior leadership or towards headship through active participation in the Extended Senior Leadership Team.

You will need to be committed to our vision of becoming an outstanding school and be a passionate and strategic lead for Science across the school; driving teaching and learning forward to support the team deliver consistently high standards for students of all abilities. Duties will include monitoring and
evaluating student progress, with specific responsibility for developing collaborative partnerships.
