Are you an existing post-holder who is ready to take the next exciting step in their career?

We are looking to recruit a Director of Science to our Extended Leadership team, as we continue to transform our academy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within middle leadership and will have also demonstrated an impact at a whole school level. The post is ideal for candidates who have aspirations of becoming a Senior Leader, and will provide opportunities to ensure that you can thrive in this area.

As a Director of Science at Staffordshire University Academy we would expect you to be instrumental in driving forward our vision and play a crucial role in leading an aspect of whole academy improvement.

The right candidate will truly understand our ethos and be completely aligned to our mission that all students, regardless of background, will be able to achieve. Applicants must have a degree or equivalent and have at least 2 years experience of middle leadership in a mainstream school.
