We wish to appoint a well-qualified, inspiring and energetic Director of Sports Performance to inspire and further develop the sporting provision we offer here at Rossall.
The purpose of this role is to inspire and further develop the sporting provision we offer here at Rossall. Although the successful candidate will have a focus on the elite end of the scale it is important that all students have the opportunity to access the sporting pathways on offer. The role includes being responsible for elite performance, strength and conditioning and being head of cricket. The ability to be an ambassador for Rossall sport in all areas of its promotion and to work effectively with the Marketing Department will also be essential.
