Director of Stakeholder Engagement
Salary range: £48,831 - £54,956 per annum (Plus possible Performance Management Pay)
37 hours per week/52 weeks per year

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of delivering challenging performance targets. You will lead the promotion and recruitment to teaching and learning provision through the development of marketing, communications and business relations with employers, supporting the College’s vision to become and sustain outstanding. 

Key responsibilities include working with the Vice Principal Engagement and Strategic Development and senior managers to continue to develop strategies for engaging with employers and stakeholders within the community. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the college plans for delivery, growth and achieving associated financial income as well as lead the Employer Engagement team to provide outstanding service for internal and external stakeholders. 

You will have a proven track record of delivering challenging performance targets and experience of developing and leading an effective multi-disciplinary team. You will be degree (or equivalent) qualified, have substantial experience of sales/business development preferably within an education or training environment.
