Unity City Academy is an 11-16 Academy and proud to be part of the Academies Enterprise Trust family of schools. We are within easy access from Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley and close to the A19 motorway.

We are looking for an experienced Director of STEM to join the Senior Management Team to lead on the development and management of the Science and Maths  curriculum and to support and achieve all aspects of quality assurance and improvement. You will play a key role in making Unity City Academy a place for all students to achieve excellent educational outcomes.

With a proven talent of managing through effective leadership, you will motivated and encourage our staff, in providing guidance and vision to deliver outstanding student outcomes. As a strategic thinker, you will lead on and ensure innovative approaches to student engagement and ensure student participation in quality processes to inform and continually enhance learning, teaching and assessment practices.
