Job overview

To lead and manage the faculty of Science during the maternity leave of the current HOF and work alongside the Director of Maths and Head of Faculty for Creative Design to develop the curriculum elements of STEM. To promote high quality learning, outstanding co-curricular provision and high level mentoring and coaching of the science and STEM team. To coordinate self-evaluation across STEM and be responsible for the academic analysis and interventions necessary for excellent student progress. To be a passionate teacher of science with a keen interest in curriculum and classroom improvement and development at a whole academy level.
