International Community School is currently recruiting for a Director of Summer School to join our dynamic and successful Summer team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for teaching and learning and understands the importance of English Language and the positive impact it can have throughout their life.
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the operations of two summer schools in London ( 20 minutes walking between the sites)
- Be able to run summer school for 3-17 years old, providing a safe, fun and stimulating learning environment for all staff and students
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, Department of Education (DfE), Ofsted, the British Council regulatory requirements, guidance and good practice and GDPR.
- Work with HR, Marketing & Sales and Finance department and manage and overseas issues.
- Line manage Director of Studies and Finance and Student Liaison officer.

You will need to have at least 1 year of academic/school management experience
