Job overview
Working closely with the Head, the Assistant Heads of Lower School, Upper School and Ashdown Lodge, the Director of Teaching and Learning will play a strategic role in the monitoring, evaluation and development of the curriculum at Brontë House School. They will oversee systems for assessment, reporting and recording and will assist the Head in the continued development of excellence in Teaching and Learning.
The post holder will also possess a thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of ISI requirements and will, in conjunction with the Head, ensure Brontë House remains compliant in its practices and policies.
The post holder will lead on the development of a core subject throughout the school.
