The Boarding Schools’ Association is the largest association of boarding schools in the world. It has over 500 members in 22 countries and is the world’s leading provider of professional development support for boarding staff. The BSA will appoint a new Director of Training from September 2017 to lead, develop and grow its UK and international training and consultancy services as part of an ambitious five-year development plan.
The BSA is based in London with a staff of nine. The Director of Training will head a team of four as a member of the BSA leadership team reporting to the Chief Executive. They will oversee all aspects of professional development and consultancy, finance, planning, course design and delivery, contract negotiation and supplier management.
The role requires flexibility to work from London, home or locations in the UK and overseas. Applications are sought from senior managers looking for a stretching but rewarding development challenge from a wide range of backgrounds, including (but not exclusively) professional development, education, boarding schools or membership organisations.
To apply, or for more information, please email BSA Chief Executive Robin Fletcher via firstname.lastname@example.org
Closing date for applications: November 30th, 2016.
