Carrying out a range of cleaning duties to the highest possible standards, you will also need to move furniture and fittings from time to time. So a good level of physical fitness is important, along with previous cleaning experience. You should also be able to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team. Finally, due to the location of the school, you will need to have access to a vehicle.

Our professional team of staff is Woldingham’s greatest asset, and we want to ensure that everyone is supported to work in an effective, enjoyable and fulfilling way. Staff Development is a high priority, with an annual cycle of Personal Professional Development planning for all colleagues. Each member of staff has their own Professional Development coach who encourages them to plan and undertake a range of developmental activities, both externally and internally.
