Prague British International School is a new school formed by the merger of the English International School Prague and the Prague British School.  EISP and PBS have a long history in the city, founded in 1992 and 1995 respectively, both schools provide education for Prague’s local and international community, educating children aged 2-18 years using the English National Curriculum, IB Diploma Programme and IB Careers Programme


Located on three campuses, Vlastina (Prague 6) for EYFS to Year 9, Kamyk (Prague 4) for EYFS to Year 9 and Libus (Prague 4) for Year 10 to Year 13.  Each location is a purpose-built site on the outskirts of the city centre.  Each site has modern classrooms, great IT facilities, sports hall and expansive sports fields.

About the role

PBIS Secondary School is looking for an outstanding Drama teacher to join our thriving KS3.  We are seeking British qualified teachers who possess significant experience using either the English National Curriculum or the International Secondary Curriculum. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, conscientious and dedicated professionals.

You are an outstanding and committed Teacher, an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success.  Dynamic and passionate for your subject, you will be reflective on your own teaching and student outcomes and have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the British educational system. Receptive to feedback and ready to embrace change, you will be keen to share best practice with colleagues and peers.

A strong ambassador for the school, you will be able to develop new ways to engage students and parents with the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community. Your strong motivation and communication skills will also enable you to create a feeling of energy, excitement and personal investment within the classroom.
