DT Teacher

Tes is supporting the appointment of a Design Technology Teacher at a Secondary school in Brent for a September 2023 start.

They have outstanding facilities including a fully stocked Food Technology laboratory, two fully stocked workshops and computer facilities. The Design and Technology department is very modern with machines like laser cutters, 3d printer, and CAD/CAM machinery. They are transforming the curriculum to ensure that pupils have the knowledge and skills they need to be successful.

As a member of the department, you will ensure meaningful learning takes place for students by teaching engaging and effective lessons.

You will ensure that pupils work in a safe and structured environment and that pupils develop age related skills outlined by National Curriculum.
